A Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) Assessment is required on all new and converted homes. It is a government tool to standardise the modelling of the thermal performance of buildings and to give a true picture of their carbon emissions. The SAP calculation provides the cornerstone of the energy section of the Code for Sustainable Homes, allowing us to verify the achieved carbon emission reduction and Code level. We also offer Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) and HIP packs for the complete home seller service, and SBEM assessments (the SAP equivalent for non-domestic buildings).
